Zauntee Debuts “Fanatic” Music Video With Apple Music

November 9, 2019

Fair Trade Services new artist, Zauntee, premiered a brand new music video today for his song “Fanatic” exclusively with Apple Music (click here). The song, which is available now on all digital platforms, is the debut track from Zauntee’s album to release in 2020 and one that’s particularly special to him – and intentional as the first single to release. “Fanatic” represents his heart as an artist and speaks to his foundational desire to start a movement within the culture.

“A zealot is radical and uncompromising in their beliefs, and that’s what ‘Fanatic’ is all about,” says Zauntee. “It’s a call to inspire myself and others to stand for the Gospel and make the world a better place by chasing our purpose. If I can do it with all I’ve been through, you can do it too. You have greatness in you. Don’t conform to the system but be bold and dedicated in your pursuits. It’s a lot of hard work, but you have what it takes. Keep fighting for your life, and never give up. You are made in the image of God, and you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength. Pursue your dreams for the glory of God to bring His name greatness on this earth.”

The song’s powerful message was captured in the compelling music video, which can be previewed below. Fans can also get a behind the scenes look at the video shoot in Zauntee’s “Making of Fanatic” piece, also below.

While “Fanatic” is Zauntee’s first song to debut with Fair Trade Services, the 20-year old Tampa, Florida native has been writing songs for almost a decade and producing his own music since he was 14. In 2017, he released his first music video independently for “God Taught Me,” which has received more than 6.2 million views to date and quickly put the promising young artist on the industry’s radar after going viral.

He has been touring around the U.S., most recently opening for Casting Crowns’ Only Jesus Tour fall run. In January he will join the Winter Jam spring tour, which kicks off January 10 in his home state. During this month, Zauntee also snagged the opportunity with Fox Sports to be their Artist of the Month, where his songs will be featured on various spots within their network on programming.

The mission of Zauntee is to bring a positive outlook to today’s generation and to show others, through his example, that it’s possible to achieve your dreams and make an impact globally without compromising what you stand for. The energetic artist, producer, and songwriter, who thrives on encouraging everyone around him, says, “I make music people want with a message that they need. If I can impact even one person to make a change, all this will have been worth it.”

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
