“God Did It” follows the stories of people passing through difficult times and reflecting on how the only way they came through their trials was with God, and reveals that life is all about perspective and that we can choose to see things as a coincidence or the hand of God. The track follows two other songs that appear on the album, last fall’s radio hit “Nothin’ Sweeter,” which spent 9 weeks at No. 1, and the December 2024 single, “a lil Church (nobody’s too lost).” Another IG track, “Can’t Stop Me,” will hit February 7th.

“After hard things hit us, we can recover – we can be strong again,” he attests. “The songs on this album have taken me from the journey of LIFE AFTER DEATH, where I felt the slap of pain and wrestled with God through the why and how, and ‘what did I do wrong,’ to discovering His love again. It’s brought me to a place of loving Him deeper – more than ever before – and altered not only my journey in life, but my journey with God. I love Him more, I trust Him more, and I’ve discovered that He is better, kinder, and sweeter than I ever thought possible. These songs reflect it all.”

TOBYMAC will spend the first part of 2025 headlining his annual Hits Deep Tour, which will kick-off January 23rd in Pensacola, FL (routing below). For tickets and details visit TOBYMAC.com.

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
