Sanctus Real Share Encouraging New Single, “Steady”

February 17, 2026

Sanctus Real have released a brand new song titled “Steady,” offering encouragement to believers navigating the ups and downs of everyday life.

The band shared that the song was written as a message to Christians who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, discouraged by headlines, or struggling with feelings of inadequacy — even while faithfully attending church. “Steady” reminds listeners that while we may not always feel steady ourselves, we can trust that Christ is.

According to the band, believing in Jesus means learning to find contentment and peace in His steadfast nature. Even in seasons of chaos, “Steady” points to the assurance that God remains constant and present.

“Steady” is available now.

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
