Passion Debuts New Track, “The Blood,” from Passion 2026

January 19, 2026

To kick off the new year, more than 45,000 students gathered at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX, for Passion 2026, uniting in worship and prayer and inviting Jesus to meet them there. Today, Passion debuts their version of “The Blood,” recorded live at the gathering of 18 to 25-year-olds. The event, centered on the name and renown of Jesus, was filled with stories of surrender, healing, and lives made new by Him.
“The Blood” quickly became a defining moment of the conference, igniting a movement that has since reached over 1.5 million views and inspired many user-generated creations across social platforms. Listen to “The Blood” now and watch the live performance below.
“Our prayer going into Passion 2026 was Psalm 16:11, You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Jesus answered that prayer in a powerful way,” shares Passion’s Kristian Stanfill. “There was so much joy at Globe Life Field. There was dancing, singing, and delighting in God. We opened His word, letting Truth form us, and in return, we saw surrender and healing. These were supernatural, miraculous days together and we cannot wait for everyone to experience these holy moments.”
Passion Music and “The Blood” represent the sound of a generation on fire, returning to campuses, workplaces, families, and beyond with a bold, unshakable faith, confident in the life abundant found only in Jesus.
Passion Music will release a new live album this March, captured during this year’s conference and shaped by the moments that moved the room. The songs introduced throughout the gathering quickly resonated with attendees, taking deep root in their hearts and building strong anticipation for what is to come. This upcoming release reflects the sound of a generation hungry for God, full of worship, and eager to carry the message of truth in these songs forward.

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
