NF Releases New “FEAR” EP

November 17, 2025

Over the course of chart-topping albums like Perception, The Search and HOPE, multi-Platinum rapper/producer NF has taken fans on a compelling personal journey, exploring life’s most primal emotions. That journey continues with FEAR, his new six-song EP, released today via NF Real Music LLC / Capitol Music Group. See below for track listing. Download / stream FEAR HERE. Vinyl and a limited quantity of signed CDs are available on NF’s store (shop.nfrealmusic.com)

While the music itself is powerful, NF continues to enhance its impact with cinematic videos and intriguing imagery. Today, the official videos for “FEAR,” the EP’s title track, and the closing song, “WASHED UP,” premiered.

Today, NF shared “SORRY,” his collaboration with James Arthur. Listen HERE. The EP also finds him teaming up with mgk on “WHO I WAS.”

Throughout the roll-out of FEAR, fans have taken note of how the imagery often hearkens back to earlier songs, albums and videos. The EP’s cover is a striking image of a stately structure set aflame, calling to mind the cover of 2015’s Mansion. In the two weeks leading up to the release of FEAR, combined views of the teasers surpassed 22 million.

FEAR marks the first new music from NF since the April 2023 release of HOPE, which entered Billboard’s Top Album Sales, Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Rap Albums charts at No. 1 and took the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. In 2023 and 2024, NF played to sold-out arena crowds around the globe on the HOPE TOUR.

Clash Music said, “’Hope’ finds NF claiming a space of his own by rejecting expectation – as a result, it’s an often thrilling return….This is perhaps his most personal document yet.” The title track and “HAPPY” have been certified Gold. Praising “HAPPY” as the “soul-baring highlight,” NME said, “he documents his ongoing mental health journey with brutal, utterly unbridled honesty.”

Hailed by Billboard as “one of the world’s biggest rappers,” NF is one of the most consumed artists of our time, generating over 55 billion combined global streams worldwide and selling over 1.25 MILLION tickets to date. He’s earned 62 RIAA certifications, 28 Platinum plaques and 34 Gold honors. Often silent on self-promotion and social media, NF’s achievements come straight from his music and lyrics resonating with fans. As Forbes noted, “NF’s success speaks to what can be done these days outside of the traditional system, proving that with his strong fan base and his incredible drive, the success of NF is a true testament to his status as a talent in the hip hop world.”

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
