for King and Country Debut “Priceless” Movie Trailer

November 29, 2015

Two-time Grammy Award-winning group for KING & COUNTRY is set to star alongside Bianca Santos, Jim Parrack and David Koechner in “Priceless”, a feature length film to be in theaters fall of 2016. As post-production begins, today marks the release of the film’s teaser http://smarturl.it/pricelessteaser. “Priceless” is the story of James Stevenson (Joel Smallbone), a conflicted and desperate man, who gets thrown into the dark world of human trafficking. It follows him on his journey, as he seeks to find out if the love, strength and faith of a woman, with whom he’s falling in love, will help to redefine his past and change his future as he risks it all to shut down the trafficking ring.

The film stars Bianca Santos, who is best known for her work on the ABC Family series The Fosters and the 2015 release The DUFF, Jim Parrack, who starred in the HBO series True Blood and will appear in the upcoming blockbuster “Suicide Squads” opposite Ben Affleck and David Koechner best known for his roles in “The Office,” “Anchorman” and “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” An alumnus of Chicago’s Second City Theater, Koechner got his first break as a cast member on “Saturday Night Live” and since has become an instantly recognizable face appearing in more than 130 films and television shows.

Joel Smallbone is half of the two-time Grammy Award winning group for KING & COUNTRY. He and his brother Luke, who will be acting as Priceless supervising producers, released their debut album Crave in 2012. Shortly thereafter they won Billboard’s New Artists to Watch. Their sophomore effort, Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong. garnered unanimous critical praise, a #1 debut on iTunes, and sold-out arena shows across the country. The group will embark on a 50-date arena tour launching January 2016.

Ben Smallbone, a longtime award winning commercial and music video director, will direct Priceless and Steve Barnett (300, The Spiderwick Chronicles and Land of the Dead) will produce along with Jacob “Cubbie” Fink. Priceless was co-written by Chris Dowling, who was the writer and director of the critically acclaimed faith-based film Where Hope Grows, and Tyler Poelle.

Priceless is a KING & COUNTRY and Radiate Films presentation.

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
