A Fresh Voice in Country Music, Madeline McDonald Drops Debut Single, “Well Behaved Women”

September 30, 2018

Singer/songwriter Madeline McDonald released her debut single, “Well Behaved Women” today. Making a bold statement with her lyrics and spirited delivery, the talented newcomer celebrates the power of believing in yourself and encourages others to courageously do the same.

“I want people to hear this song and I want it to be a powerful revelation that they have every single thing they need to be what they want to be,” said McDonald. “For some weird reason people think that there are ‘life rules,’ but there are no rules.”
Adding to the momentum, Full Circle Music (FCM) has announced the signing of McDonald to a worldwide publishing agreement. Helmed by GRAMMY® winner Seth Mosley, FCM sojourned with McDonald through the creation and production of her debut. “Today is an exciting day for us! Ever since we met Madeline, we knew instantly that she has the raw material to be a star,” shares Mosley. “This song is a big step for her and I, as a husband and father of two girls, love the message of ‘Well Behaved Women.'”

To celebrate the release of “Well Behaved Women,” McDonald will be playing a show at Nashville’s The Back Corner this coming Monday, Oct. 1. For tickets and more information, click here.

I think I was born with a pair of headphones attached to my head!

I have always loved radio and was introduced to Contemporary Christian Music when I was a lowly freshman in high school, way back in 1977! "Praise the Lord" by The Imperials, "Your Love Broke Through" by Keith Green and others were the first songs I heard and played over and over again!
